Lisa is a consultant and trainer advising organizations on intercultural competence, diversity, and inclusion. She has worked as a facilitator with the nonprofit Challenging Racism since 2018 and is a certified coach working with mid-career women around the globe. She has been a board member of international exchange organization Cultural Vistas since 2015.

Julie is an angel investor with 37 Angels—an all-female angel investment network that trains women to invest in early-stage start-ups. She is also the Founder of The Failure Report, a blog dedicated to discovering what not to do in interviews with successful entrepreneurs and investors.
