Lisa is a consultant and trainer advising organizations on intercultural competence, diversity, and inclusion. She has worked as a facilitator with the nonprofit Challenging Racism since 2018 and is a certified coach working with mid-career women around the globe. She has been a board member of international exchange organization Cultural Vistas since 2015.

Julie is an angel investor with 37 Angels—an all-female angel investment network that trains women to invest in early-stage start-ups. She is also the Founder of The Failure Report, a blog dedicated to discovering what not to do in interviews with successful entrepreneurs and investors.
Adela is the founder of Procrastination.com, which advises Fortune 500 companies. She applies the latest scientific findings from neuroscience and behavioral economics to help individuals and companies grow. Adele co-authored The End of Procrastination—a bestselling book on overcoming the habit of putting off tasks and responsibilities.

For two decades, she has united creative, business, and technology teams to produce ground-breaking ideas for organizations including Google, Microsoft, American Express, Apple, GE, and many more.

A.J. Fuentes Twombly leads a small and medium business customer success team at LinkedIn. Previously, she held a variety of roles—including three overseas tours with the CIA. She is the daughter of Cuban refugees who grew up in Miami speaking Spanish as her first language.
